  3.      The documentation for version 2.2 is still largely valid, 
  4. and has not been changed. The file WHATSNEW.234 documents added 
  5. features and corrections. Note, however, that in ALTERN22.DOC,
  6. page 4, section 5, line 2, "them" refers to paragraph markers,
  7. not to the input or output files.
